In these classes exhibitors need not grow their own plant material. | |||||
a) Exhibit – an exhibit is composed of natural plant material, with or without accessories, contained within the space specified. | |||||
b) Natural plant material is fresh and / or dried plant material. | |||||
c) Natural plant material must predominate in all classes. | |||||
d) Fresh plant material is living plant material cut from living plants. Living plants and cut ends of stems must be exhibited in water or water retaining material. Cacti, succulents and vegetables need not conform to this ruling. Fresh or dried lichen or moss are acceptable in any exhibit. | |||||
e) Artificial or painted plant material is not allowed unless specified. | |||||
f) Drapes and backgrounds may be used if desired but must be self supporting & not attached to the background. | |||||
Classes 179,180,181 and 182 – to be arranged in the Hall. – space allowed 30″ | |||||
Classes 183,184,185, 186 and 187 – may be arranged in the Hall or at home. | |||||
